With over 18 years of real estate experience, Maggie Huang Raffaele is widely respected throughout Northern New Jersey for her results-driven approach and unwavering dedication to her clients. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she has earned multiple NJ Real Estate Agent Distinguished Sales and Circle of Excellence Awards®, along with recognition as a Top 25 Producer at Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.

Now partnered with her daughter, Jia, the team blends decades of experience with a modern, strategic perspective. Raised in a real estate family, Jia has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and investors across residential and commercial markets. A Rutgers University graduate with a background in Communication and Psychology, she brings strong negotiation skills, integrity, and attention to detail to every transaction.
